The principal business of BIg Fish will be the identification and evaluation of assets or businesses within Canada with a view to completing an acquisition. Big Fish has not commenced commercial operations and has no assets other than a minimum amount of cash. Until completion of an acquisition, the Big Fish will not carry on any business other than the identification and evaluation of assets or businesses with a view to completing an acquisition.

Big Fish objective is to build shareholder value through the acquisition of compannies with significant upside value for investors and shareholders through the public markets. 

The Company's management team has many years of experience in finance and efficient public company experience in taking companies public.
